Congratulations to Mollie from Alderman's Green School

On World Book Day, I was able to read the story of The Hippocrocodogapig to the children at Alderman's Green Community Primary School via video link. It was a real pleasure! What an amazing group of children who listened with interest and then asked me a number of questions about writing the book and being an author. After the reading, the children then set to work drawing their own combination animals. This drawing was chosen as the winner. It is extremely imaginative and the artist has even managed to colour their character with similar colours to the Hippocrocodogapig himself! Thank you to the Headteacher for making this possible and thank you to all of the teachers who organised the link-up and the competition. Well done Mollie. I hope you enjoy your book. :-)
