The Hippocrocodogapig Announced Finalist in the Wishing Shelf Book Awards!

I’m absolutely delighted to announce that, my book, The Hippocrocodogapig, has been named a finalist in the 2021 Wishing Shelf Book Awards – the UK awards judged by children in UK schools.
The children, with the help of their teachers, firstly choose the books they enjoy the most. A smaller, more select group of children then read and judge the chosen top books which are marked according to editing, theme, style, cover, and illustrations.
The Hippocrocodogapig is a finalist in Category 1: Pre-school picture books. All the current finalists are listed at https://www.thewsa.co.uk/finalists2021/.
Winners will be announced on 1st April 2022. Fingers crossed!
